bad attitude
stopped in to their shop last night to discuss putting a supercharger in my new jeep hemi. felt like the counter boys were doing me a favor talking to me. they seemed more interested in what they were doing on the computer. im in the automotive repair business myself and can understand how they do business with attitudes like that. ill assure you of this they cant get any of my money. maybe i dont wear my pants aroun... view mored my thighs or i dont have my hair spiked or my face full of peircings but my moneys green, american and large.... their loss. need motor work done go to pete at si speed and machine, a real gentelman willing to go out of his way to help.

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND SUPPORT
Bought a supercharger for a jeep jk. the software for it has never worked right. talked to ross on numerous occasions and he likes to ""out talk"" you by throwing out specs and bs to try to make you feel like you are ignorant. Also had belt squeaking issues that never went away unless i buy a new belt at $40 every month. However the stock belt sound fine. hmmmmm thsats an easy one to figure out...its their junk respo... view morensible for the noise. The software is responsible for blowing out 4 PCMs on my jeep and they feel like they are not responsible. Don buy their junk. If you have issues with it expect nothing but a run around with these guys as they WILL NOT FIX YOUR ISSUE. Plus the supercharger really isnt worth it as the power gains were very sub par. Plus no dealership will even look at your jeep with this crap in it. They all refuse to work on it or warranty anything. Save your money towards a Hemi conversion or waste it on strippers but dont give it to these guys

Great Shop with Great Service
Had my suspension and brakes gone over with these guys and it was an easy transaction. I simply went in and the staff was fully prepped and informed on the parts I needed to replace. They knew the pros and cons to every part I was interested in. They installed and delivered the car completely problem free. I would recommend this shop to anyone interested in proper service.

RIPP OFF!!!!
Simple gear install gone wrong. After spending over a week in the shop on two occasions, I was overcharged (by double) and given a car that lasted less than 2,000 miles before failing. Subsequent shops and rebuild concluded ""out of spec"" despite repeat visits and assurance by Ross that everything WAS in spec. What could have been a $500 job at another shop cost me $1000 and another $750 to fix what they screwed up!... view more!!
