This dealer is of the same ownership of the people fined several hundred thousand dollars by Attorney General Tom Corbett for defrauding people at their Kia dealership in Coatesville Pennsylvania. RUN AWAY!!! NO STARS!!! I was shocked at how absolutely terrible my experience was today. 1. They advertise cars that aren`t even on the lot just to get you through the door. 2. Even called ahead to confirm that the van was there.... They said it was and then an hour later it was mysteriously "Sold". 3. The salespeople won`t tell you the price of the car until you`ve already taken it on a test drive. 4. The... view morey had no clue about the cars history 5. They tried to get us to sign something stating we agree to purchase the car BEFORE giving any kind of history on the car. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 6. They acted like WE were unreasonable for not agreeing to that! 7. Managers spoke poorly of a new employee.... in front of the employee. 8. The car wasn`t detailed. 9. it was a complete waste of time. 10. We knew we were being scammed. 11. Felt we were being lied to. 12. I overheard them treating another customer poorly. The guy just wanted to know what cars they had in his price range... they wouldn`t provide that and told him to "walk around the lot until he finds something he really likes and then they`ll talk numbers." 13. Scam Artists!

Ok, so I know that everyone always knocks dealership service departments but this one is truly heinous. They tried to get me to pre-authorize a $99 diagnostic fee which I have never ever been charged at any other Kia dealership. I even called my usual dealer (Gateway in Warrington... they are fabulous!!!) and he informed me that no- diagnostic fees are not unheard of (they charge a $49 one) but they should not be c... view moreharged to a car that is still covered under warranty!!!! That is why I got a Kia- for the 10yr, 100,000 mile warranty. I hightailed it out of there and will never return. Avoid this place like the plague. I really wish that I could give 0 stars to this place. I love Gateway, I`ve heard great things about Ryan in Springfield, the few times I went to Cherry Hill they were nice as well. Go anywhere but Value.

i must say kia is one of the best cars i owned since i have it i have not had a problem with it i would recommend these cars to everyone
