Recently took my car in after an accident. There was no communication and eveytime I called, they made me feel like I was bothering them. They took a long time on my car and asked for more money that was not authorized. I tried to suport local but NEVER again.

When I needed a reliable shop ...

When I needed a reliable shop I could trust with my car Joseph`s Auto Collision Center really came through for me. They were very professional at all times. They stand behind their work. Any questions I had were answered. Everyone was pleasant and the work was excellent! This shop is The Best I`ve ever seen!!! If you want work done by Professionals and at a reasonable price I Highly recommend this shop!

I highly would NOT recommend this shop for anyone!!! I had the worst experience when leaving my car there to have some work done after a car accident. The owner of the shop and the people that works for him will tell you so much crap in how good they are and how they will take good care of you and your car. But in reality, they don`t know what the hell they all are doing and they ended up putting/making more damage t... view moreo my car then what it actually went in for. If you don`t thoroughly look at your car, they would even put wrong parts and pieces on the car (that`s what I experienced). Talk about POOR quality control !!! How can one put a part that doesn`t even match or even belong on the car, and then the manager and owner calls us to tell us that our car is ready. And when I tried to address any problems on my car to the manager or when I asked to speak to the owner, I was always told he`s out of town and that I needed to wait until he got back. Weeks and months go by, and they don`t step up to their actions. Seriously, how can someone run a business and not have the right people for backup management? Their business is so unprofessional, they don`t provide customer satisfaction, they have poor management, and unskilled workers! They didn`t do all the necessary work on my car that needed to be done. I hope that no one will go there and have to go through what I went through!!!!!
