i am completley appalled by my experience. Right now i am in the process of trying to get in contact with someone of higher authority. i do feel like i got ripped off. my car came with SOOO many issues, and i love the type of car i bought and im fine knowing it is a used car, so i understand there being issues. But when i notified my salesman the same night after driving it home that my engine light came on, he did n... view moreothing. and the location is about a 40min drive. to list what has happened in my 4 months so far, my check engine light is on, had to have the front hub assembly replaced, there was no e-brake to use because the cable was apparently adjusted (though it needed to be replaced) because it didnt hold, my electronic throttle seems to stick when im stopped at a red light or even just turning on the car the RPM gauge and boost gauge continue to rev themselves to alomst 3k (still have not gotten word back on what the cause of that is, the car is still in the shop). Also they screwed up my warranty paperwork, not once but TWICE; so now my car is sitting at the dealership local to me because when they tried contacting my warranty, but they dont have me on file. oh and to top this all one night i received multiple text messages from my car sales man hitting on me! i tried giving them chance after chance and now i have had it with this place! everyone there says and promises they are going to do things, such as submitting damn paper work to the warranty dept, and they cant even do that. NEVER would i recommend a person to go there.

Glad I bought at Matt Blatt, good car, good deal

I found a Chrysler 300 (used) on the Matt Blatt website. I live in Tennessee. It was worth going out of state to purchase this car. The salesperson (Ms. Nuccio) helped me get the car and arranged all of the financing. The car is absolutlely great, and I got an excellent interest rate. My husband and I went in with no go great credit, we were looking for a used a car, Our salesman Ray was wonderful. He was able to work with us, we have a brand new car. My experience with Matt Blatt was very positive. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My salesman, John Sasselli was what you would want a salesman to be - no used car salesman stereotype. He showed me every car within my price range without any hard-sell tactics.

Very helpful

I relocated in the area and was able to find Matt Blatt to help me with replacement keys that were going to work with my vehicle. With Isuzu - you can`t go to any key maker and get replacements made- you need to go to the dealership.
