A Tale of Two Miatas

Wayne Mazda had two 2006 used Maitas on the lot. There was a gray one with approx. 60,000 miles and a blue one with approx. 30,000 miles. The gray one was priced at $15,000 and the blue one was priced at $17,000. I requested a quote on the blue one and offered $15,000. They instead send me pricing for the gray one at $15,000. NOT HONEST! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Read more>>> They don`t honor their refund policy. I paid my balance with Wayne Mazda (Financer: Mazda American Credit) fully. And contacted Wayne Mazda numerous times via phone to cancel my "Extended Protection Service Plan" with them which is fully refundable. They resist to help over to phone and demanded for me to come in which I was able to do on October 5, 2009 a... view morend spoke with Mr. Chris (Last name never giving to me) at finance department. All paperwork was complete and he told me that he will take care of it. Not to worry!!! Never herd from them, never returned my calls and NO REFUND CHECK YET.
