I have dealt with this establishment for over 20 years, they are reliable and yes, VERY busy. That`s for a reason...the reason is that they are excellent at what they do, sometimes that will take more time. If I have a question, or a problem it gets answered. Any problems that may crop up after, get corrected....most times having nothing to do with what their purview was.
Any business that has a negligible employ... view moreee turnover is one I would prefer to do business with. Lou, Brian, and Craig are always a pleasure to deal with, and yes, sometimes you just gotta get in line....but they are worth it!

Highly Recommend!

Rear driver`s quarter damaged. Cannot in any way determine the car was hit. Since the tire was damaged and we decided to replace all 4 they arranged to receive tires from Tire Rack and then bring the vehicle to a local tire installer to replace them. The place is BUSY. They do great work and you need to realize that is the reason they are busy. Busy restaurants are busy for a reason. Regarding the Princess Ca... view morergirl13 comment. The entire thing is a joke. Her concerns 1) the car is parked on the street. That`s because the building takes up their entire location. 2) the radio stations were changed. Maybe the battery was disconnected and they were all wiped. Yes, all body shops should write down your radio stations before disconnecting a battery (give me a break) and then reset them for you. 3) the floor mats were dirty and the car wash not so great. Well that`s unfortunate but you take it to your car wash for $15 and call it a day. By the way there is a car wash attached and it was run thru there and not done by a blind man 4) Is there any comment here about the actual work? So, if you want great body work come to this place. If you need to be treated like a princess and perhaps get subpar repairs go elsewhere.

Professional Service

I had my Audi repaired and painted in that shop twice. I was very satisfied with painting and the body work...Lou and Craig were very friendly and helpfull.I strongly recommend who is looking for a quality body shop

Lazy Service. Avoid this body shop if you value quality work and attention to details.

I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with Nash Park Autobody. I brought my vehicle in for minor repairs. When I arrived to retrieve my car, it was parked on a major street, it wasn`t washed and it wasn`t restored to the agreed upon condition for which the estimate was written. I had to wait 15 minutes for the owner to come out because he was eating lunch. When he did arrive, he was annoyed that I wanted t... view moreo discuss my concerns with him. I pointed out that my vehicle wasn`t washed nor restored to the condition that his employee had agreed to do when the estimate was originally written. He took the car and had it washed and touched up the area quickly with little regard to quality or details. When I got into my vehicle which was supposed to be washed, it was still very much filthy. The windows, side mirrors, doors and wheels appeared as though a blind man had washed it. I wonder if they just threw a bucket of water on it and called it washed. The interior floor had scuff marks from them getting in and out of the vehicle. Even Jiffy Lube puts paper down so that they don`t ruin your interior, that wasn`t the case with Nash Park though. My radio stations were set to other stations that I didn`t program. Overall, this body shop left a very bad taste in my mouth and I hope that by writing this review I can offer anyone else a chance to choose a better body shop. If you value quality work and attention to details and expect to get your vehicle back in excellent condition that is comparable to what you have agreed upon and paid for, PLEASE look elsewhere because Nash Park Autobody is not the place for you.
