THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

I recently moved in to my new house. I wanted to save money and not hire movers so my two friends and I did the move. We ended up scratching my one year old daughter`s furniture. After my wife had a mental and physical breakdown (can`t blame her) I searched the yellow pages for furniture repair and came across furniture masters. David and his partner came to my house the next day after I called to set up an appoi... view morentment. They were very professional and went right to work from the start. They were very careful taking apart an armoire and then brought it up to my daughters room. Then they finished by fixing all the scratches and also fixing a little chunk that was taken out from the side of a dresser. I HIGHLY recommend furniture masters. My husband and I were very fortunate to have had services by Furniture Masters. What a great team!. David, at least for us, was the front line guy with his peer the upholtser guy sorry I did not get your name, From the moment my husband spoke to David via phone from the time of delivery of final product, it was a great experience. They are very friendly, professional, kept their verbal agreeement with one exce... view moreption they had our final product early by one month. The delivery of the fine leather covering for our italiian furniture arrived very quicklly and David and Team impressed us with the quick quality service. It has been now a month as we are still so pleased. What did they do... I will tell you. David made recommendations by phone, he and coworker followed up in person, measured more than twice, consulted with each other, very patient with all my husgand an my questions, great listerners, honest on what would work and what service they can provided, and were prepared to take with the sofa and love seat . They explained the process,.showed us swatches of fine leather and leather used for interior cars. They provided an verbal estimate and after further discussion provided a written agreement and took our furniture with a deposit. They re-paded the sewed on large cushions, the color of the new leather match 98% in color, They did the pick up and the delivery. Upholster guy removed sagging leather from the furniture and filled it up with new padding, and it all looks like new for very good quality Italian made sofa and love seat. Great work, excellent service.

I have used furniture masters 3 times in the last year. We bought a used antique bedroom set. Dave fixed all the dents and dings. The set looks great! They also reconditioned our leather furniture, and repaired a drawer on different dresser. They can fix practically anything. They are honest, on time, and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them completely.

I had a great experience with Furniture Masters. They came promptly, completed the work quickly and were also friendly and helpful. I had several items repaired and one old chair restored. It took only a week to restore my chair, which was quicker than it`s taken other places just to recover cushions. It looks fabulous! I plan to use Furniture Masters again when I need any type of wood repair.

Fantasic service

I needed to get a dresser from Ikea repaired at a reasonable cost--or I would have to shell out for another one. Furniture Masters offers estimates via email, which is immensely helpful. The service appointment itself was great: fast and painless, and the repairman did not mind my cat sniffing around while he worked. : ) My dresser has held up beautifully and I could not be more pleased with the service. Good work, good customer service, competitive price

I had several pieces reupholstered by Furniture Masters, and would use them again. They are a small shop, and getting my estimate took a little longer than some of the other estimates, but when it came back, it was a significantly better price than most of the other numbers I`d gotten. They were also willing to give me the estimate based on e-mailed pictures, and to evaluate the quality of furniture to see if it ... view morewas worth reupholstering, for free. The work itself was done in a very reasonable time frame, and the upholsterers did an excellent job - they made century-old furniture look like new! My furniture needed wood repair, which was also done very well. There was an additional charge for pick-up and delivery, but the pick-up and delivery were both done on time. Everyone I interacted with throughout the process was polite and helpful. Recommended!
