UN effing believable. almost 3...

UN effing believable. almost 3 hours for a simple tow in the snow. DO NOT EVER use these people, it dawned on me their AAA calls they know they have the sale so they will chase after every private callout and leave the AAA people in the lurch while grubbing money from private callers. I waited so long for them to show up, the snow that cause me to get stuck in the first place MELTED from traffic and heat and I was ab... view morele to back the car into a usually busy 2 laned access road, then make it up the short hill to my home. I called AAA to cancel and when I got online to rip Don Glo a new one, thats when the tow driver called me. Are you KIDDING ME? If you live in Yonkers, or lower Westchester, and AAA tries to use Don Glo, tell them you DONT WANT them, use County Towing North. I`ve used them before and they had further to travel and got there within an hour. Whadda bunch of maroons. :-< (I have no experience with their mechanic service so don`t hold the ridiculous towing service against them. )

Great Service!! AAA sent them for a jump start on my buick, came in 25 minutes and started me up. Thanks guys!!

Watch Out! Bad news!

Don-Glo towing service demanded cash up front from my wife, plus tolls. She was stranded with a broken water pump. The driver was rude and abrupt and demanded directions to our preferred garage in addition to cash. He had no GPS or maps. The scary part was AAA had sent this towing service, and as such, AAA would have billed us later for the tow. It seems the driver was taking advantage of the situation to put cash in... view more his pocket. My wife told him to get lost. Thankfully I was able to get out to rescue her. Don-Glo Towing, based on this experience, should be avoided at all costs. &quot;Highway robbery&quot; seems to be their literal mode of operation.
