The service department was by far the worst I have ever been to. I tried to make an appointment, but I was rushed off the phone and told to just come by any time. Upon entering the facility, my first impression - there is no where to park your car! The lot is teeny tiny and jam packed with cars. Next, entry into the service department was met with extremely poor customer service. It was as if they were doing me ... view morea favor by listening to my request. I left and and will never go back again, there are plenty of service businesses that will treat me better and I`d be happy to give my money elsewhere.

Purchasing my `10 Challenger f...
Purchasing my `10 Challenger from this dealership was a HORRIBLE experience. The salesman, however, Sergio was very friendly and patient and probably about the only good experience I had at the place.
The Business Manager- Jeff Newmark was EXTREMELY RUDE and arrogant and I was 5 minutes away from walking away from the purchase because of his terrible attitude. 1. How is this guy employed at a car dealership? 2. H... view moreow is this guy a MANAGER!!!
He never asked me if I have any questions as soon as I walked in the office to finalize the deal, simply saids "OK, SIGN HERE, HERE AND HERE", without taking any time to let me speak about my concerns/questions about the vehicle.
Overall I got the vehicle I wanted at a good price but they KNOW nothing about their vehicles. I had to find out myself that there were visible scratches on the tinted passenger window. Like Hello??? shouldn`t the dealership know about it instead of me finding out OR are they that lazy to fix it?
Of course when I explain the scratches myself to Jeff, he simply says "We can fix it but will have to charge" LOL... Will NEVER go there for service changes after hearing all the scary service experiences other people had with this dealership.

I have NEVER been so disgusted...
I have NEVER been so disgusted with a business until I had to deal with George, Steve, and the technicians at Salerno Duane in Summit NJ. We brought in our car in January because it died and it took them 7 weeks until they looked at it. I called numerous times and they said they couldn`t figure it out. This is a Chryslar dealership and I have a PT cruiser.
After it was "fixed" with a new power control... view more module and just about everything else new, the car had a new issue and it wouldn`t start smoothly. We brought it back twice and they claimed they couldn`t duplicate the problem. They said it was the sway bar and all this other crap. So they did it free of charge since they didn`t fix the original problem and and we were suppose to get back 78 dollars because of the difference of the two jobs. This was in April and it`s now almost JULY! I have called George and he said I would have it by early June.
The car was STILL not turning smoothly!!! I brought it to another auto repairs place in Summit and he noticed that the spark plugs needed to be replaced and the engine wasn`t bolted down because the technician at Salerno Duane took short cuts! UNBELIEVEABLE! I will make sure to tell everyone to never go to this dealership. They are lazy, don`t care about customer`s concerns and just want to get paid and go home. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved!!
