Although all of Douglas employees were extremely friendly I had the best experience today with Irene Peixoto. I have been shopping for two weeks for a SUV. They make sure they get you approved by the best banks and try to keep you in your price range. I MOST DEFINATELY RECOMMEND DOUGLAS VOLKSWAGON AND IRENE. Overall the greatest experience possible. My husband and i came to Douglas Volkswagen to look at an used 2013 sport car with a few miles. We were greeted by Simon Krugly, and he took us on a test drive and was very nice and not pushy at all during the entire process. I took my car to Rick Szucs at Douglas VW in Summit and within minutes he assured me he would do his best to help me with this issue. What made this service manager and overall dealership stand out from the rest, is the welcoming and caring attitude they provided, treating me as if I was a long time customer even during my first time there. This issue not only took more than 8 or more trips to dealer to fix but it al... view moreso required leaving the car overnight many times. Rick made sure to give me numerous phone calls with updates and progress reports. I am assured that my car is in top running condition due to the caring managers and technicians at Douglas VW and am beyond satisfied with the service I received. For the past 6 years I have driven close to an hour to take my Volkswagen to no other than Douglas for anything that I need. I have sent countless friends and family to Rick because I am confident that they will get the same level of service that I do. They really do care about the customer. I have alot of volkswagen dealers closer to my house to get my service done, but I love going there. They do a complimentary quick little wipe down of the exterior after each service. They also do a quick check for no extra cost of the vital car systems, and provide you any recommendations of services needed to be done.
