Very poor communication, the body shop is extremely dirty, received car back filthy (interior) and several places that were not painted. I associate this shop with unprofessionalism, asked the shop to make sure the hood was closed so that battery wouldn`t be sapped, was refused and talked down upon. (Whose car is this????) The shop owner or master technician is unprofessional and takes out his personal problems ... view moreon his customers. The price is somewhat affordable (compared to Garden State Autobody, for example), but you get what you pay for.
