Great guys, hard-working, fast, smart, ethical and honest. Joseph and his team service cops and a few big corporates, so they can`t afford to be slack nor back their work up with their word.The fix problems and in a way that will make you want to come back. Really nice, friendly guys, great job.

Went in to get window tints put in and the job was done well, and also explained thoroughly, so that I knew what to look for and expect (stuff like showing where the existing window heating elements show through, and pointing out tiny bubbles they said would disappear by the next day, and which did). They even placed taped notes over the window buttons saying not to use them for 24 hrs. Totally recommend these guys, and if you`re having a few hours` work done go get lunch at Fort Defiance down the street

I Love These Guys!

I went in for an inspection after a friend told me about the place. I immediately noticed they gave away free bibles. They were prompt and courteous and got me out very quickly. Not telling me I needed to spend hundreds of dollars like the other places just to give me a sticker. I watched them check over my car and they were very thorough and professional. I did think their labor rate was a bit higher than other... view mores around, but then again, I was still looking for a good mechanic even after leaving the cheaper guys. You get what you pay for and if my money is going to a little bit of a christian outreach, I`m okay with it. This is a great place to spend your hard earned money, if you must. They damaged my car

1811 Auto Repair used to be located in Manhattan and I used them on occassion, and have for several years.

Recently 1811 Auto Repair moved to Brooklyn and because of that move they now offer free pick up and delivery to people who own cars in Manhattan. I took them up on this service and now greatly regret it. The car left in good condition and when it was returned to me it had obviously been in a crash. The ... view morecars rear spoiler was missing (actually missing as in GONE) and there was obvious body damage. When I asked them about it they claimed it was like that when they got the car and that the spoiler was taped on with duct tape... as if I would not see such obvious damage to my vehicle. I would have to be dumb and blind. When I confonted them further they accused me of being a liar.

I can`t express how disappointed I was by the entire experience. I am not even giving them the oppurtunity to repair the damage. For me it wasn`t about the money but about trust. I am going to take the car back to the Honda dealership which I have been dissappointed so many times. But even though, at least the Honda dealership has never screwed me as badly as 1811 Auto Repair did.
