DON`T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. I went there for 4 tires for my 2008 Honda CRV. Major complaints (but not in order of offensiveness) (1) I was told it would take a little over an hour and my car wasn`t ready until 3.5 hrs later! (2) Apparently, it`s in their fine print that of the ""tires and maintenance"" provided, maintenance means engine ""diagnostics."" I was told I needed about $300 of additional and very serious flushings... view more, etc. NOT TRUE - luckily, I felt something was up and refused. (3) They called me an hour after I left and asked me to quickly return as they forgot to get DOT numbers on my tires - LIE!!!!! THEY TOOK MY AIR FILTER OUT AND DID NOT PUT IT BACK IN. THEY ALSO LEFT MY HOOD OPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Until I noticed the hood bouncing, I DROVE AROUND WITH MY BABY IN THE CAR!!!!!!!! When I told them about the hood, they said that ""nothing would have happened."" Are you kidding me??? You want to test that at high speed with your child in the car??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. (4) THEY FAILED TO ALIGN MY CAR (5) I returned the next day for a ""30 minute fix"" and was there for over 2 hours. They replaced the air filter for no cost. They could not align my car for some reason - told me it was b/c my car was likely tied down incorrectly on the train when it was shipped to the dealer (?????????) and then tried to sell me on it being a power steering issue as well. I took my car to my mechanic (only went to Good Year for a supposed deal on tires - never do that again). My mechanic aligned my car - no issue - in about an hour. Nothing wrong with anything in my engine or power steering as well. I returned to Good Year this morning demanding a refund on the alignment, which I received, but not after excuses, excuses, and BS customer service spiel from the store manager Linda. THEY PUT MY CHILD`S LIFE AT RISK BY NEVER LATCHING MY HOOD. THEY REMOVED MY AIR FILTER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND NEVER PUT IT BACK IN. THEY WERE NEVER ABLE TO ALIGN MY CAR. THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT ALL OF THE ABOVE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One star means HATED THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never go there again

Told me I needed new tires as the tread was at a dangerous level. They also said I needed new brakes as they were at a dangerous level. I didn`t follow their advice. This was 10,000 miles ago. They just wanted to sell me tires that I didn`t need. I had to take my car to the dealer as I paid these people to fix my exhaust pipe and they didn`t. I asked the dealer about my tires and brakes and they said they were fine. ... view moreAt this place, the manager came out and told me that if I didn`t get the tires there, I should know that I needed to have the tires balanced when I got my new ones wherever I got them. I did not ask about this and he just came out and volunteered the information and spoke to me as if I were an idiot. Last I checked, wheel balancing is included with the installation of new tires at any place. This place just wants to make money off of you, especially if they think you don`t know anything about cars.
