My Toyota Highlander 2011 needed replacement of the rear door under warranty, they needed the car for 7 days and Toyota provides a free loaner for this service call, I was told that they will order the parts and call me.
after I called them twice to arrange a day to drop the car I was advised that they will have a loaner car on May 29, I verified with them that they... view more have the loaner but when I arrived they ?ˆ?COULDN?ˆ™T FIND THE CAR, SOMEONE TOOK IT AND THEY DON?ˆ™T KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE BACK?ˆ?, it didn?ˆ™t appear that Jason was too surprised about it and without any apology he just told me that they will call when it shows up.
No big deal it?ˆ™s my time.
After two days they called so I went there again, this time Robert asked for my credit card and driver license, so I just made sure that there will be no charge for the loaner car and he indicated that they just need the CREDIT CARD information so they can charge any damages or insurance co-payment for the loaner, then he pulls out a Glen Toyota car rental form and fills in only my information and my credit card information and leaves the rest of the form blank, which is all the rental charge details, and EXPECTS ME TO SIGN A BLANK FORM and leave it with them.
So I had a simple request that under notes he will indicate that they will not charge for rental, this did not sit well with Mr. rude and he immediately told me that it must be done this way and if I don?ˆ™t like it I can take my keys and leave?ˆ¦, I asked him if there is a manager I can talk to and that really got him going, his answer ?ˆ?No, I am the only one you can talk to?ˆ?.
I think I asked relevant questions about the process and there procedures, and my request was reasonable, and I did it in a respectful manner but apparently the employees at Glen Toyota service department are not used to provide decent customer service.
I also just found out that they NEVER ROTATED THE TIRES ON MY CAR like they should be, and they told me they did.
Toyota pays for oil change and tire rotation for my car in the first 3 years and Glen just bills them, who know what else they didn?ˆ™t do.

This was my worst experience!!...
This was my worst experience!!! The Sales manager Ash was rude and a thief!
He ran our cc for $2,600.00 with out signing a agreement and later when the deal was not made he refused to give us a refund! The owner Kathleen or Kathy was equally unprofessional trying to make his actions right! There was no contract signed and now I will take them to court to get my refund! Stay way from this dealer ship!

They would not negotiate on price. Wouldn`t even move down by a dollar! Ridiculous. Where have you ever gone that a dealer won`t negotiate? Terrible.

Test Drive
I spoke to William of Glen Toyota to see what he would recommend, the Camry or the Corolla and unlike other dealerships, I got a real answer. He told about this program they offer where you can test drive a car for five days. It didn`t take me 5 days to make the choice but the option definitely made my choice easier. I`m loving my new Corolla.

About two years ago, my husband and I purchased a brand new Rav4 from Glen Toyota. The car is awesome, great on gas and all that good stuff but I`m writing about the excellent service I got at Glen Toyota. Buying a car is not the easies...
Buying a car is not the easiest thing to do when you have a toddler and a full time gig but Glen Toyota it was a totally different experience. The used cars were of good quality and I found exactly what I was looking for.

I stopped by Glen Toyota to talk to a salesmen after getting a positive recommendation from a friend and the people there proved him right. The staff was professional, personable and very helpful. After looking into the yaris for quite some time, I bought it and can`t say that I`ve ever had a problem with service or parts.... it`s been 6 months now.

Really liked Glen Toyota
I was looking for a new Prius and stopped into Glen Toyota to see what they had. They greeted me as soon as I came in - everyone was really friendly. I`ve bought three cars from Glen Toyota, and I`ve never been anything but happy with them. Everyone on the sales team is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. The finance department actually cares about getting you the best rates. I love Toyotas and thanks to the Glen team, I see no reason to go elsewhere.
