i bought my first car at springfield auto mall back in 2003,I never had any issues with my car except minor things ,which they took care of promptly. so i went back for my second car ,which was also a good vehicle ,and they help lowered my interest rate,.I recommended them to all my family and freinds. cheapest price in the state
i aws denied credit all over the place.i was referred to springfield auto mall by a freind . I walked in,did the application ,.i aws approved in minutes. they even drove me to the insurance agency,.i was driving in no time.EXCELLENT SERVICE. Seriously this place isn`t good
Place is horrible, I thought I could get a first time car for my niece here, and the car is missing things, lets see remote entry, cover to a clock it`s something. They guy alex makes promises then breaks them, there mechanics are useless. There business is suppose to open at 9, and they get there around9:30 whenever they choose. I will never buy from here again, I don`t know how there in business they must make the... view morere money at the auctions. You have been warned, it may look nice but drive the car you buy for at least two -3 days and slowly watch it fall apart. I never took the time to write about a business online ever but this is how bad it is, I give this place one star only because they have the guts to pay the monthly rent to keep this place open. And you will have to leave your car for almost a day to 3 days in a horrible area just so they can fix your car at there other mechanic place which is just a few blocks up from where they reside. It``s just unreal. Never have I seen such horrible professionalism. And if springwood is reading, you guys know who I am , the person with the black car, thats what I overheard when I was standing right there.

Great Liars!
I bought a vehicle and they guaranteed inspection. The car did not pass! Since they were responsible, they promised to fix the problem but only through THEIR mechanic. I had yo leave my car for 2 1/2 days and was forced to take public transportation and even rent a vehicle since I was never offered a curtosy vehicle. I don`t feel like the problem was resolved and they even tried to force me to pay for it when I was p... view moreromised that they would. I wouldn`t recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this company and if you do be weary of every employee and associate(mechanics,car washers etc.) they have. DO NOT SAY YOU HAVE NOT BEEN WARNED!

Horrible cars and management
I bought a car from springfield, come to fined out the car was no good went back to exchange it and they wouldnt take it back management make a lot of promisses but thats all they are empty promisses. now im stuck with a car that doesnt work, im never going there again and telling everyone i know not tp go there.

decent cars
I brought my car there, and all the options on my silver infiniti was suppose to have wasn`t. I was told to bring car back and will do this and that, and these guys are hard to get ahold of once you buy the car. I emailed them several times and no response. I don`t get it.
