**Customer BEWARE**
If you like getting bad service, your vehicle damaged, nickel and dimed, spoken to like moron or just want to go somewhere to ruin your day, this is the place.
I`am car savvy, I know what I need, and how it should be done properly. I came to West Shore Tires & Auto for a tire I needed plugged. I was in a rush and not ready to get dirty as I was on my way to a meeting.
To start, I tell the man at the front ... view moredest what I needed (nail removed & a tire plug) but then he insists on trying to sell me a patch which is about 25$ more. I say no, he gives a dirty look for not buying into it, and move on,
The "mechanic"- It didn`t bother me that his english was no better than an infants, He was a mean man that was very agitated for i don`t care why. Whatever- Everyone has their bad days. So as he proceeds to take the lugs off my truck, he rolls them across the concrete like he`s shooting a game of craps. After all the lugs are out, he begins to literally BASH the back of my rim with a large metal hammer my guess to try and remove the rim btw thats not the proper way of removing a rim I assure you that. So I told him to stop and ask what the hell he`s doing!? He replies while looking at me angrily "WHAT??, It no damage!"
That was it! I told him to put the wheel back on, Im going somewhere else. He tells me to go inside and pay, I went inside, gave 10$, and directly told him (the shop owner) I will never come back.
The only plus side is, it only cost me 10$ to find out how bad this shop really is. Im really glad I didn`t need anymore work done that would have cost me hundreds. I try to support local businesses, NOT THIS ONE!
