EXPENSIVE!!! A while back had my wife drop her car off for an oil change and told her to see how much time they thought we had left on the brakes. She got home with the bill, they charged $40 to check the brakes. Every mechanic i ever used in the past always did this for free since the car was already up on the lift, even dealerships. Recommended a friend to stop there to get a tire plugged, because they were ver... view morey close by. They charged $26.46 to plug a tire!!! Most places usually did this for free or charged maybe $5-10 at most. A new tire would have been only about $60. Again this was another woman customer, so maybe it`s just the women they take advantage of?!?! You think a mom and pop shop would take better care of customers and try to build a loyal customer base. Don`t nickel and dime, and maybe these customers will come back for a major repair next time.

I don`t know what the other two reviewers are talking about. My friend took her car there and thought they were great. She recommended them to me and I took my car there and I also thought they were great. I take my car there in the morning and it`s ready when I come home from work. I`m so glad my friend told me about this place.

Rude & Verbally Abusive!

I had my car into P & I Automotive for a check engine light. Bob told me it would be taken care of in 1 day. It has been back there 5 times already with continued check engine light. Found out that Drew is the P of P & I Automotive & separated from Bob a while ago. Took my car to him at his new location & now problem has been solved once and for all without the aggravation of Bob`s rudeness. Drew made the best move g... view moreoing to this neat, clean, courteous shop & Drew has always done right by me. Greg, Joe & Drew are wonderful and very courteous. They were open to every need & understood my concerns. I highly recommend then new location which Drew found. P & I Automotive didn`t make it right for this customer and I would not go back there again. I would highly recommend Greg`s Automotive which has excellent technology, are courteous and understand your needs. Drew has worked on my cars for a very long time & I am sorry to see the breakup between he & Bob. I need to have my car fixed right & need to make the best decision.

Rude Customer Service

I am a 26 year old women who needed an oil change for my car. I was hung up on by the man saying he couldn`t stop what he was doing to answer my questions. My oil changes have specific instructions to maintain its warranty and i wanted to make sure that they were followed. After being spoken to like a child, I was hung up on.
