In the decade since, hundreds of Lehigh Valley Volvo & Acura drivers have become loyal Diversified Automotive Services customers. They come from miles around to Rob`s shop, driving Volvos & Acura of all vintages: from brand spanking new Volvos & Acura still under warrantee, to ` 80s wagons that are still safely on the road at the 350,000 mile mark. The mission of Diversified Automotive Services is to promote safety and the environment by providing excellent Volvo & Acura sales, repair and maintenance services in a setting that benefits customers and employees. THUMBS UP TO DIVERSIFIED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES

At one point in time I was at a low spot in my life needless to say. I had totaled my current vehicle, and had a lack of financial credit. Thank Goodness a friend had told me about Diversified... Not only was I treated so very pleasantly, but also honestly. I purchased an 80`s Volvo with higher mileage, and was financed with nothing money wise to put down on the car!!! Love This Place!!!! And You Will Too!!!

I just purchased a beautiful, fully loaded 1995 Volvo 850. I`ve always heard wonderful things about Volvo`s and about Diversified Automotive Services. My mother and stepfather always brag about this place and the purchasing all of there vehicles there. So I was finally in need of a new safe and trustworthy car, because I just became a mother and have a newborn i need to drive around! Everyone at Diversified t... view morereated me with 100% respect! Even though I am a woman i know an extremely vast knowledge mechanically of vehicles. And every car presented to me was in very sound shape, and also came with a long warranty!! I have had my car for several months and I have had no problems with it. Only needed inspection and emissions, as well as, an oil change, which they performed no charge to me!! You can`t beat all of that! If you are in the market for a Volvo or other import vehicle check out Diversified, you will have a great experience!!!

Dealer is a dirt bag

Avoid this dealership at all cost. The entire franchise and affiliates are nothing but liars and thiefs. They claim cars are precertified or high end cars. Truth is he is buying them from auctions and he is clueless on if the car is reliable or not. He does not care if you get a piece of junk. He does NOT check the motors, in his own words he does not know or understand what causes sludge. Would you buy a car from an... view more idiot. His moto is "I am not here for repeat business just to take your money" I paid $21,500.00 for a car that the check engine light came on in 3 weeks. He had more stories than Walt Disney. Needless to say the car did not even last 5 months, he refused it as a trade and out right lied in court. He stated in court the warrenty is only on the windsheild because its the law but really means nothing and that is why his wording is so vague. WHERE IS YOUR BETTER BUSINESS SEAL OF RECOMENDATION......Whats that you dont have one..........Call and check he has numerous complaints. Do not buy a car here. There is a much better dealer in Wind Gap who is honest and reliable.
