Unethical Behavior

Very poor service and unethical dealership. I received a porsche 911 4S with 1000 extra milage(falsely advertised), dent in the back bumper, half the clear bra promised, and missing nobs and broken keys. This place is incompetent at best ,and should not be a certified porsche dealership. I will make my issues know to porsche directly. Service Dept is expensive but they try hard; good location

I own an order Porsche 911 Targa. I took my car to the service department primarily because of the location. Let`s face it, the place is not cheap. I would recommend Manhattan Motorcars only for exotic car owners, who don`t mind paying a huge repair bills and want everything taken care of for them. They do not seem to have the quickest turn around time. But that may be a function of the fact that they only have one o... view morer two guys that are experts on the older cars.

Overall, I thought the people there are quite nice. But, the location is the primary selling point.

Sam accepted a forged Vehicle title

I got my first taste of business with Manhattan Motor Cars when I realized that my husband stole our Mercedes benz SL550, forged my signature and identification on a joint title ownership and sold the car to Sam at Manhattan Motor Cars, upon realizing what took place I contacted Sam before the forged title went clear and he told me he was not interested in remeding the problem. I than visited the dealership to show S... view moream my identification and to advise him I was in possesion of the original title he was further even less cooperative. I advised him that my husband and he was part of the same crime and fraud perpitratedy against me and he took it with even less concern. I would not recommend doing business with Manhattan Motor Cars for they seem not to care where their automobiles derive from or at what cost to the public they are gotten at. Sam treated me with utter disrespect and total disdain for my problem.

WOW!

I bought my Porsche Panamera in November... I was nervous at first so I had A LOT of questions...the sales person was able to answer everyone of them! He had complete knowledge of the brand...no BS! Not only was the salesperson professional but he introduced me to the service advisor I would be dealing with in the future! Worst dealership in the world!!!

I leased a Cayenne Turbo for two and a half years. During that time, I tried to avoid the service department because not only did they not return the car washed, but they charged a fortune for everything and ALWAYS told me my brakes needed to be changed. I did so 2xs? For a car that is only 2.5 years onld that is a lot and each time they would try again?! Porsche Repair Pros

My Porsche had at times a no start conditions that the techs at Manhattan diagnosed, and repaired it exactly according to the estimate provided. Three other shops, one being another Porsche dealership, charged me and never resolved my problem. Manhattan inspire the same confidence that Porsche gives it owners. If you love your Porsche the give it the best, Manhattan.

Ignored

I walked in the dealership and it took almost 20 min to get salesperson. After speaking with the salesperson I walk out because of the bad vibe. I thought buying a new car was exciting but not at Manhattan Motor Cars took that away.

Very expensive !

OMG! they charge $175 per hour (labor) and tend to make additional repair estimates. By the end of the day your repair will cost $$$$.

Be very afraid, don`t to Manhattan Motor Cars..
