Terrible customer service and client rap pure. I leased a car from gateway KIA North Brunswick and after bringing up a few issues with my contract to KIA they threatened me with arrest. They promised me $1600 for my trade in that i still have not received after 2 months and I have sent them all proper documentation. They used high pressure sales tatics on me and actually held my keys while i was there when i asked fo... view morer them back they said they would have someone go get them after we were done looking at the cars and kept avoiding my request. I was eventually convinced after being held hostage for about 6 hours. I relized there was some problems with the agreement such as the cars value and what i paid I actually paid more for the car then what it was valued for in the lease. They also would not give me my $1600 that they were required to give me in the lease. Hands down worst dealership experience I have ever had. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM GATEWAY KIA NORTHBRUNSWICK

It took my wife and I roughly 20 seconds from the moment we met Vito to whisper to each other that this is the guy we would like to buy a car from. It took us another 2 minutes before Vito and us were talking about family and future life plans. Vito made us feel as we were long time friends and along with a very nice and helpful staff and a very impressive line of products, buying our Forte in Kia Gateway was a &quot... view more;no brainer" for us. Vito made sure that we know exactly what we buy. He was transparent and honest about better or lesser deals and made sure we feel comfortable with our purchase. Moreover, we came with a budget and expectation to pay certain amount for the right car and we wound up doing just that. Not too many people can say that when buying a car. Later that day, after the deal was done and signed, Vito and the staff delivered the car to our home, at 10pm, since my wife was unable to come to the agency and pick up the car. Moreover, Vito did not forget to call the day after and the week after to ask me how am I enjoying the car and more importantly how is my wife and the baby doing? What a great guy!
