These people are thieves, plain and simple. I had a minor problem with my car on the public highway. I was unable to use AAA because these guys had an exclusive contract, so I was forced to use them. They were completely unhelpful, abusive and incompetent. They charged me storage while my car sat on the street and they didn`t repair it.
