Benchmark on Phila. Pike - Beware of Lifetime Warranty

My boyfriend got a lifetime warranty on his transmission work at the Benchmark across from the Wawa on Philadelphia Pike. The transmission had issue after issue and everytime he dropped it off (after the first time) he had to pay for a rental car for at least a week while the mechanics tried to figure out why it was slipping - they never did and we drove it that way until the engine died. I`ve had several different cars repaired at Al Martins over the past 3 years. I`ve ALWAYS found them very knowledgeable, dependable, and prompt with all repairs. They`ve always correctly diagnosed problems, and completed repairs promptly and when promised.
