Also posted my Disastrous experience on Yelp!
And Google +, And called the BBB.
Terrible, Just terrible. Sold me wrong type of tire For my `01 Mercury Villager in `09, OK my mistake for not doing research. Come `13, the sidewalls and tread are cracking, Call Goodyear up, Say what can you do for me, They redirect me back to the place and give me a credit off each replacement tire, Ok, I can deal with that. Show up... view more, Two 20 somethings, (Nothing against the young) dicking around in the shop, place is nearly empty. Should have alerted my suspicions. Go in, Really surly and rude SOB behind the desk, trade info, OK, we will get your car up on the lift, Goes to do that, about to raise my car and there lifting from the wrong place, Going to damage my rocker panels and pinch weld. Run out there to stop them and explain, The guy comes running out Screaming "Get this car out" "Get them out". You know what, I did what ANYONE going to this place should do, Run don`t walk. My dad used to know the owner and this place had a decent reputation, But that was at least 10 years ago. It seems like most things these days, DON`T count on the "I know a guy" reputations that auto shops used to have, Its time to rethink subjectively if the place you take your car is apt to work on it. I`m all for supporting the small business and the little guy, but service like this is what drives people away. !!AND!! they had the audacity to call Goodyear on me about running out into the shop to stop them from (Oh i don`t know) DAMAGE MY @$)%(@! VEHICLE! Goodyear later then sent me to All Tire Co. on the Other side of SI, And the experience and quality of work was much better. THAT is how to keep a customer. Kirk, I don`t know what happened, But you`ve lost a customer for life. Shame....
