Poor Business Ethics
I WILL NEVER USE MIKRON AUTO BODY and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!! Mikron Auto Body has poor business ethics and poor customer service. I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday. I was told that the part will be ordered, and my car will be finished by Monday. That was not the case at all! Service wasn`t completed until Wednesday. To top it off, I was quoted one price, and when the work was done the price ... view moredoubled!!! I informed the owner of the inconvenience with the delay in service and how I was quoted one price and then charged another and was not informed of any additional charges. To no avail, he did not accommodate me as a customer and he did not stay true to his word. I WILL NEVER USE MIKRON AUTO BODY and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!!
