just the worse ever!!!!!

This place is so unprofessional after buying a jeep and bring my husbands jeep in for service 9 months after buying the car still waiting for a part. And after spending $2,000 for service still had to bring to a mechanic to get fix what jeep Ramsey said they didn`t...... spend your money someplace else this place sucks they don`t care about their customers at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE Service!

I`m on assignment and only live in NJ part time. Being new and unfamiliar with the area, it made sense to purchase from the closest dealership. BIG MISTAKE! From day one, the service at Ramsey Jeep has been far below par! First, there were no floor mats in the car, then they replaced them with something that wasn`t even close to fitting. After the third attempt, I was fed-up of dealing with them and settled for... view more whatever was given. Then a few thousand miles later, I take the car in for the oil change and a tire rotation, which mind you took nearly 4 hours! That was with an appointment. Then 2 weeks later, the CHANGE OIL light comes on. The brilliant and ever so cordial folks failed to reset the sensor, didn`t check fluids or let me know if there was any recommended services I would want done in the future. It seems the staff has a heavy attitude and really can care less about delivering any form of customer service. I also discovered after visiting another dealership for my next oil change, that a fee shouldn`t even have been charged since it was covered under warranty. Ramsey failed to mention that and happily took the money for past services. If you like to be treated like an unappreciated consumer and be improperly charged for services, this is a place for you. If not, don`t waste your time. THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIBLE. I now go to a dealership in NY and I can`t tell you how much friendlier the service and atmosphere of the dealership is.

Do not buy a car from this dealership!!!!!

Buying the car was no problem. The problem I have is with the sevice. Four times I brought my 2009 Jeep Patriot back for a leaking roof, every time I have to argue to get a loner car. Im told every time I go back that ""We do not give loner cars for leakes"". I called this morinig because I have another leak and was told the same thing. I called Chrysley HQ and put in a complaint, they are trying to get me a rentel c... view morear. My question is why do I not get a loner car for a defect that is Chryslers fault?

Worst Car Shopping Experience Ever

In my search for a jeep wrangler i had a belief that Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Eagle was different from other dealerships, was i wrong. After arriving to the dealership i explained to the salesman what type of vehicle i was interested in. Due to my schedule i left my card and requested some numbers. I received a call from the salesman and to my absolute shock the listed price of the 2006 jeep wasa price that would be list... view moreed for a 2007 jeep. To add insult and injury the ""Very Best"" rock bottom was $400.00 off the listed price. It was an absolute joke my advice, don`t bother with this dealership because all you get is the ""Ultimate Con"". The worst experience to date the salepeople have a belief that anyone walking is is a victim thats how your viewed and treated. Save your time,expense and agida avoid at all costs Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Eagle.
