If i could....No stars for this dealership!

Beware of White Plains Honda!!! They like to play bait and switch! Not to mention their sales staff are incompetent! I traded in my 2006 accord lease for a 2009, didn`t find out for a whole year that these idiots didn`t ground my 06 accord! I started getting letters from Honda finance that my last payment was late, when I told them I have no more payments that the car was turned into the wp dealership..they had no re... view morecord of this!! So I played phone tag with white plains Honda for about a month!! I even went there, spoke to the general mgr who told me he would take care of it and call me back, needless to say he didn`t! I had to keep calling them to get a simple letter from them faxed to Honda financial, stating that my car was turned in to them a year ago!! Avoid White Plains Honda!!
