Getting All The Facts!!!

Having read all the wonderful reviews written about Tine` Bros Tire & Auto, I was curious why the one from ""Westmont firefighter1"" had such a terrible review. I needed to have my car serviced, so I brought it there and thought I`d ask why ""Westmont firefighter1"" had such a bad experience. I was told after diagnosing the problem, his car needed certain service which is done at another shop. He went to this o... view morether shop and was quoted a lower price than was given at Tine` Bros. Al had actually done him a favor by calling the second shop. He convinced the owner to lower the price since he was a firefighter. Tine` Bros made NO money even after diagnosing the problem. My car was serviced. I was told what I needed to be done Now, and what could wait. I felt they were actually working with me to save me money. Yes, I would most certainly bring my car back and definitely recommend Tine` Bros to others.

outstanding service all around

When I referred by a friend to go to tine auto brothers I was not sure of what to expect. Was this gonna be some typical auto shop were they want your money and your just a customer. Absolutely not! When I was first walked in I was gretted by Al tine. He is was one of the nicest mechanics I have ever meet and I can really see he is devoted to his buisness by putting the customer first. Wonderful service for over 15 years

My husband and I have been a loyal customer of Tine Brothers for over 15 years. We lived in Philly for several years and would STILL come back to Jersey to bring our cars to Tine every time. Al and Frank always do a great job of diagnosing the car and communicating with you throughout the entire repair process. They always return phone call promptly if they are not available right away. And most importantly, they ... view morehave NEVER gone ahead and replaced anything without my authorization. They will always tell you what repair is important, what can wait, and work with you to fit within your budget and keep your car safe for the road. They are extremely courteous and take the time to explain the repairs in clear accessible language. All this fantastic customer service AND the get the repairs done quickly. They are a fantastic family owned business I am happy to support.

Do NOT Bring Your Car to These Con Men!

The Tine Brothers are named Al and Frank, and make no mistake about it: They want to rip you off! It`s mostly Al`s fault. He is a liar and a fraud, and he`s not even a mechanic. They don`t do transmission or exhaust work--they pawn that stuff off to other area mechanics, and then try to run the bill up to line their own pockets. Twice these guys ripped me off. The first time I figured I`d give him the benefit o... view moref the doubt. But the second time, when I went to get the extension pipe replaced on my exhaust system, he quoted me a price of $400! For those of you who don`t know about cars, you can get an entire exhaust system replaced for $300 at Munro or Midas! These guys have no scruples; they are complete con artists! Do yourselves a favor: STAY AWAY FROM TINE BROS. IN WESTMONT...UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING AWAY YOUR MONEY AND GETTING NOTHING IN RETURN.
