I bought my car here about 3 years ago. I still have the car, no issues, and I got a great deal. I love this car and the owners went above and beyond for me to help me get the best bang for my money. They didnt pressure me and let other people look at the car so that I was comfortable in purchasing and they were patient with me. DON`T BUY FROM HERE- save the aggrevation!!

I don`t know where to begin, I recently dealt with this unprofessional, uncurtious, borderline sleezy, stereotype of a used car dealership. I have had nothing but aggrevations which after four months have not been resolved. I bought a used car from them in Nov. of 2008 and have been getting a run around from them regarding the basic service which was promised by them before making the deal. Moreover they sold me a ca... view morer that DID NOT pass inspection, and took no responsibility for resolving the issue. I have had to go to them many times just to hear about numerous excuses, making me feel like they did me favors when I spent over 12K and gave them business when I could have gone to any major dealer who would have been better to deal with and atleast more accountable. To make a long story short, I wasted so much time to have the car pass inspection. I have spent close to a thousand dollars since I got the car and have been told that I sould have paid for the repairs that were necessary to pass inspection. On top of that they wanted to take my old car, which was part of the original deal, took the title of that car and never to this day, almost March 2009, bothered to take the car away. I spoke to the old man (dad) and he has been the most unprofessional, underhanded person I have ever dealt with. He is such a liar that he now denies having the title of that car. I don`t know if they know that they will not last doing business this way. Someone will come along and drag them to court and clean them out. Save yourself the hassel and stay away from them as they do not belong in the business where so much money is involved. By the way, I regret waiting so long to report them to the Better Business Bureau and write these comments about an experinece which has left such a bad taste in my mouth and taught me a lesson of NEVER buying a car from a Mom and PaP establisment. This place is the perfect example of all the negative connotation associated with a "used car dealer". p.s. There are other examples of dis-service associated with this deal that I have not mentioned.
