My worst nightmare come true!!!!

Initial experience and response was great... had to have emergency rebuild done 150 miles from home and they had our vehicle back to us in three days... then things went downhill from there. Initially had to take vehicle back after about a half-hour on road when it was blowing out smoke... the transmision fluid was overfilled. Then the transmission failed again after 5 months... this time about 25 miles from home..... view more. it was repaired in about a week. Be aware - that even though you get a nationwide warranty all work needs to be approved and authorized and parts shipped from the original repair location... it took longer to replace a few parts than an entire rebuild. Same thing happened again a few months later, this time over 100 miles from home and again a few months later (right around 1 year from original rebuild), but this time near home. They replaced the transmission with a whole other rebuilt unit which took over 3 weeks!!!! - and it failed again (5th time now) after just 6 weeks about 200 miles from home... it`s now the end of the 2nd week and we are still waiting on parts. I`m so disgusted with Aamco and the Egg Harbor, NJ shop that I will never use either ever again and you can make sure that I will share this nightmare experience with anyone I can! We were supposed to have this vehicle back tomorrow (on a Friday) and have had to juggle several people`s work schedules to go pick it up, but its Thursday and parts have yet to be delivered...we`ve been waiting a whole week for parts from Egg Harbor. I`ve also planned to trade this vehicle in over the weekend, but now it looks like all of those plans will have to wait.... AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Great shop!

This shop treated me and my car wonderfully. Everyone was completely professional and did a fabulous job. Highly recommended!
