We`ve been taking our cars (99 Volvo V70, 04 Saab 9-3, 04 BMW 325xi) to Denson`s for about a year now. The work they do is always exemplary, and at an incredibly fair price. After comparing their rates to dealer rates, we find that they charge about 25% of what a dealer would charge.They always take time to explain what is wrong and work with us to fix the car. Although we do really appreciate the work Denson`s d... view moreoes, that alone, in all honesty, would not have given us the impetus to write this review. Today we were cleaning all of our dog`s hair out of the car our 99 Volvo, we noticed that while the car was with Denson`s for other maintenance, they fixed the rubber moldings above the rear doors. When we bought this car used about a year ago we noticed that these moldings kept falling down. We were in DC at the time, and the shop to which we took the car for routine service quoted us $200 to replace and install. The shop in DC said that at the age of the car, the rubber would just keep shrinking and couldn`t be fixed without replacing the moldings. We resigned ourselves to periodically having to push the rubber back into place. Yet Denson`s took the time to get them to a place where they wouldn`t keep falling down. We don`t expect them to stay up forever, but the fact that they took the time to fix the moldings, and didn`t charge us anything for it is really appreciated. When thinking about it, had we taken the car to a dealer for the work, there is the slight chance that they would have fixed the moldings just as you had (I do doubt it though). Yet, they would have been sure to tell us that they had fixed it
