Horrific experience, total scammer

""Bert"" sold a car on eBay, misrepresented the mileage by 88000 MILES and refused to do anything about it. Friendly until called out, was a complete a-hole on the phone and flatly denied responsibility, blaming his ""secretary"" for the error that was in 3 places in the ad, and on the bill of sale.
