We recently purchased a 2010 Rav4 from James Toyota. Our sales associate Ann Tom located the exact vehicle that we were looking for ie color and features. When we first walked in the dealership Ann greeted us with a friendly smile a hello and a pleasant may I help you. She was very knowledgeable about its features and operation.We negotiated a reasonble price and closed the deal. No sales pressure or would ""you like to purchase a vehicle they had in stock."" I highly recommend Ann Tom as the sales associate for your next car purchase at James Toyota. PS The entire staff was very curtious before and after we picked up the Rav 4. Julio, gave us a detailed hands on description of the Rav 4`s operation & features on the day we picked us the vehicle. So far we are happy to have met Ann and her team.

Angel Torres gave us an excellent customer service.I would referred to my friends and family. It`s 30 miles drive from where I live but the distance didn`t matter when I received excellent service.

Customer service and the overall sales experience at James Toyota Scion was excellent! Shopped around several Toyota dealerships in Pennsylvania and grew tired of the ""games"", several friends recommended James Toyota in NJ and they met my price and vehicle needs. Would definitely recommend!

When I decided to review my remaining car payments and the the value of my current car, it became clear to me that I needed to take some action. (My boyfriend has been nagging me to do this for a year) The time had come. The thing that all women dread. No, not gray hairs or even wrinkles, but having to go to a car dealer! My boyfriend made a phone call and we went down about 30 minutes later. Just the thought of going into these places, the smell of tires and floor mats....it`s enough to make a girl recoil. However, much to my amazement,it was as painless as it could possibly have been. From beginning to end, I was treated with great care. My salesman, Mike Rufo did a wonderful job. He was professional, knowledgeable and curteous. He answered all my questions and I walked out with the car I wanted at a fair price. EVERYONE we encountered, from the greeting to the delivery of my car was very good at their job. Who knew getting a new car could be so effortless? We really enjoyed the friendliness of Angel and the other reps. who helped us. Angel went way out of his way to make us a good deal on our vehicle including holding the doors open past closing to ensure we had time to make up our minds and buy the car.

The transaction was very smooth. I came in to the dealership after I talked prices with their business engagement manager over the phone. She (Andrea) was able to get me the price I was looking for. Once I stepped into the dealership, it was basically a question of agreeing on the specific color. I was very resistant to the bluetooth option, but accepted it in the end (love that feature now! :) ). I wish the dealersh... view moreip would hurry up and fix the road in their extended lot. The sales person, Howard Mac was excellent - he made sure all of our questions were answered. The finance guy, Paul Solomon, was also very good - I did not want to get the extended warranty, but there was a money-back guarantee (if I did not utilize the extended warranty) which he highlighted to me - so I ended up getting that as well. The folks there are rather friendly - they have a kids area and also free soda and popcorn.
