Car looks better now than before the accident!!!

I`ll be honest, I was apprehensive at first to go to this autobody shop. I was highly impressed when my car was returned as my friends told me to go to other places. I am glad I didn`t listen. My auto had substaintial (nearly totaled) rear end damage including frame. The car looks better than before the accident, as they not only fixed it perfectly, but washed, waxed the entire car with high quality wax. The paint j... view moreob was perfect. Everyone in the shop was very personable and kept me informed about the auto`s timeline. I happened to run into the painter who told me if I had any problems, to not hesitate to bring it back. Now, that is customer service. Thank you.

Highly Recommend this Shop

Had my vehicle worked on by this shop was promised a day in which my car was to be done and it was.
They are under New Management than my prior repairs that i have had. Very courteous staff and very informative with my situation. I would recommend going there !!

Definitly met my expectation!!!

I was recently involved in a auto accident and my friend told me to take it to Atlantic Auto Body.He said they did an excellent job on his parents car. I will admit I was a little weiry after reading some of their older reviews. Boy am I glad I did. They did an excellent job fixing my car, you woudn`t even know it was in a accident! When I picked up my car there happened to be a technician in the lobby, I aksed him a few quiestions and he was happily able to answer them and expained how I should take care of the freshly painted areas. I told them I viewed a couple of bad reviews on Citysearch and was scepticle about bringing my car there at first. They told me they were sorry that you saw them but there under new management, with a new team, stiving for #1 results making there customers completely satisfied.

Do not take your car here

I brought my car here to replace the right side mirror on my car. I was told the part would take a few days to come in and scheduled an appointment. The estimate stated it would take less than an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half I asked the receptionist what the status was with my car, she said she wasn`t sure. I walked outside to see for myself and my car hadn`t even been moved from the spot I parked it in... view more. I again asked what the problem was, and was left in the lobby. After 20 minutes of the runaround, I was told the part was never ordered and lost in paperwork, and that it would be in first thing the next day. I asked how long I was expected to sit there before they told me this, they shrugged their shoulders. The next day, they never called. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Auto Body - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

My car was rear-ended on June 26 and suffered rear damage to the rim of one wheel, tail light, tail gate, and bumper (2000 Jeep Cherokee). The car was dropped off in their lot on June 28. In early August they gave me gave me an estimated completion date of late August. I called the last week of August and they said they needed more time (waiting on another `part` to come in). I started calling every week and they... view more continually promise to finish by the end of that week. Calling of friday of that morning yields the response: ""we still have some more work to do"". When will I get my car back??? They still have it (today is September 18th, almost over 80 days since they first received it). Moreover, they seem bothered when you call to check the status.

Dissatisfied customer

Brought truck in for minor paint work and they returned it to me twice with less than acceptable work. I could have done better in my backyard. Clearly my car dealership was taken for a ride by this shop.
