great place in the hood

i went to ""Haus of Bimmer"" because i saw them online & figured that since i`m from the bronx i would give them a shot to work on my car. once i got to the repair shop they had about 5-6 young teen boys playing around the office chasing each other which was not professional. also no one seen me for about 15-20 minutes to find out what i was there for. i had to approach the ""Manager"" Henry to find out what was ther... view moree policy to seeing a customer. once i approached him he then told me there policy & ten minutes later he helped me personally. i believe that this is a great place ""without those pesty teens running around the place"" i know me personally would ""ONLY"" bring my car to somewhere that is professional & has a long train of knowledge regarding my car. overall, i won`t be returning to Hau of Bimmer. they always say you pay for what you get!

Manhattan is costly but you get what you like!
