Quick and Courteous

I called Firestone to inquire about an inspection. The guy I talked to, Dave, was very helpful and recommended a time convenient for me when the inspection could be completed in a single visit. After 90 minutes of wait time my car was inspected, passed, and I had my keys in hand. The man that did my initial paperwork suggested an oil change. Since I was due I agreed. The man that finished my paperwork went over sugge... view morested services for the mileage of my car. Since I do my own vehicle maintenance, which he was pleased and impressed with, I declined the additional services. I have no ties or loyalty to Firestone - I`m just a satisfied customer. The price was high but not unreasonable. I`d recommend them.

Don`t Go There!!!

They are EXTREMELY RUDE and ARROGANT!! Very overpriced! No one knows what they`re talking about when you call there! They don`t want to work on your car on Sundays...pretend to be too busy and demand that you have an appointment when your not supposed to have to have an appointment! They stole my husband`s bluetooth earbud out of his truck when it was in this shop! Save yourself the hassle! Go somehwere else!
