This business is ok. I took my car here and they did an ok job. They were very friendly except for a blond woman that was there. She looked at me like I was low life. She made a comment about being the owner`s wife. That`s the reasons for the three stars. Very unpleasant experience because of the rude blond.

We At Dr Buff up take pride in every vehicle we clean and have been in business for 19 years. What these reviews do not say is how damaged there vehicles were when they were brought to us. We thoroughly go threw every vehicle, literally with a fine tooth brush. If there are personal items left in a vehicle we will not touch those personal items as they should be removed prior to bringing the vehicle to us. If som... view moreething is not done to the customers satisfaction we go above and beyond to make that customer satisfied with our performance. What customers need to remember if the dirt and the stains are in the carpets or seats for a period of time we do the best we can to get those stains taken out but sometimes no matter what we do it is not possible due to the product that caused the stain. We at Dr. Buff up used all PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS!!

Just had my car detailed, interior only. Poor workmanship, dirt and marks missed in the cleaning process. Overall poor job. I called and they said bring it back. I wasn`t going to do another 50 mile RT for poor workmanship. It seems like they just went over everything with vinyl cleaner, skipped cup holders, didn`t move gear shift position to clean that area. Total rip off worst detailing ever!!!!!!!! not worth one star!

Have to give one star but i rate him -5 I took my ford explorer to get a full detailing compound wash the works! What i got was a car that was not washed but had been wax on top of dirt. Grit and dirt around the windows! The interior was armoral on top of dirt the arm rest was not even cleaned as we requested the rugs were supposedly shampooed but still dirty. WORST DETAILING EVER!!!!!!!

Took my ford explorer to be completely detailed the word being completely! Worst detailing ever !!! Car was not vacuumed properly front seats were not cleaned and it looked like car wasn`t even washed? It was nice and shiny cause of the armorall! We asked the older gentlemen to please vaccum inside arm rest cause previous owner smoked and there was ashes.
