Bad experience

Brought car in for a flat tire - either repair or replace a tire. Right away they said that it had to be replaced. When it was written up and they had replaced the tire, it contained 2 charges - for repair and replacement...

Then brought it in for overheating and left for the next day. The car was overheating when I drove one mile, yet they told me that the car does not overheat and there is nothing wrong wi... view moreth it. Told them it would have to be driven to determine that. Then they found what was wrong and promised to repair the same day. When I called them at 6:30 pm, I was told that it will be done. I took my infant son and went there. Not ready yet, but will be before closing. Then right before closing they told me that they will not have it afterall. Now I have to get home in dark without a car with an infant through a bad area. Great!
