Go There!! Not only really friendly but they do a great job...I was in a rush one day to drop off my car and get to work..I hopped out and went to rush inside only to realize I had locked my keys in car, not only did they get them out but they didn`t charge me extra for it. This week though I had to get my tire repaired from damage, they told me they have been really busy with that since Sandy hit...they fixed it fre... view moree since I bought my tires there. Wow How Cool was that!!

Was in the store the other day and this HS age Kid was there..he was picking up his car. He had dropped it off to get a tire repaired and had told them he needed a brakes...when he came in after school the owner asked him why he had asked for new brakes because they found nothing wrong with the brakes he had and they did not replace them, they wanted to talk with him first. Seems the kid had gone to another place in ... view moretown for an oil change and that place had told him he needed to get brakes asap...(of course they do brakes) the kid wasn`t positive but they had told him so..luckily he waited a week... when he had to have a patch done on the tire he told SBR to do them...but they were really cool and saved the kid a bunch of dough by explaining how they check the brake pads etc.. and they weren`t going to do them unless he was having a problem at this point cause he had plenty of pad left on all four brakes... Just thought it was pretty neat that they had the oppurtunity to do the job and make the money - but felt it was better to tell the kid it wasn`t needed yet. BTW my car was just there for an oil change, which was fine..and they gave me the coupon price and I didn`t even have to bring it in. Great Place. Can`t say enough good things.

STAY FAR AWAY! Every time I`v...

STAY FAR AWAY! Every time I`ve taken my car there about 2 weeks later something brakes. I`ve spoken to many who have had the same problem. Save your money and your mind!

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICES!

Went in to get prices on tires and they helped me out AND beat the prices on the internet. Not only were their prices better, but they even installed them for free! They got my truck in right away and got my tires installed very quickly. The place was clean and all of the help was very friendly. I highly reccomend this place to everybody!

Excellent Service

I took my car in for brakes and tires. They gave me a ride to work! The place is very clean. Everyone was very nice to deal with. They explained everything they did to my car. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on my brake pads which is pretty cool! Very nice people would recommend to anyone!!

Angry Mom with loose lug nuts and missing studs

This company did my balance and rotation in August it is now December, and i lost a lug nut and sheared off a stud. I took of the lug nuts off inside the caps. Which means they tightened the lug nuts with the caps on which then means they were never properly tightened. Also to top it of the rotation consists of going from left to right not crisscross. I contacted them about this and they said ""I`m not doing anything... view more if they were to come loose it would have happened in 5 Miles not in 5,000 miles... Correction they should never come LOOSE... I do not recommend anyone to go to them.. There work is poor and the manager is rude and in considerate. This business is putting other people let alone my child and my family also others in danger because they don`t do there job correctly... They should be shut down
