Best oil change service

I went into sooner lube for an oil change and a inspection. Within 20 minutes my oil change and inspection were done and i also got a 10 dollar coupon with the service. I was very happy with my experince and plan on coming back with my other cars.

refused service, broken dipstick

A few months back I went to get my oil changed there for the first and last time.

They asked me to come out and take a look at the power steering fluid. He said it was dirty and needed to be flushed. I declined.

About a week later I noticed a small oil leak, so I did a thorough check and could not find the source of the leak, but when I checked my power steering fluid the stick was missing. A clo... view moreser look showed that it was broken off. The dipstick is plastic and when I refused service, he must have broken it. I will never go there again.

BEWARE OF UNNEEDED SERVICE, POOR WORK AT SOONER LUBE

My wife had taken our SUV in for a oil change. While there they stated the antifreeze needed to be flushed. She called me on the cell phone and put guy on the phone and he told me it needs to be flushed. Having been a mechanic for more than ten years i asked why, he stated all cars need it flushed at 3 years or 36k. I then told him it was flushed one year ago waterpump was done. He then stated it was only safe to 0 d... view moreegrees. I still said no. Over the weekend I choose to change antifreeze as it should be protected to well below o degrees. After draining the antifreeze i checked it and it was good to -37 which is normal, I also noticed my brake fluid was low, power steering was low as well. Now I do not mind paying close to 40.00 for their service but they could not perform the service correctly. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!! I will never go back there!!!!

Sneaky business, beware

I was told and shown (transmission fluid was dirty) by their technician that I needed my transmission flushed and by doing so it may stop the overheating of my vehicle. He said it would $69.95. I said fine. Two days later my vehicle was doing the same thing so I took it to the dealer. The dealer also showed and told me that my transmission fluid was filthy. I said impossible I just paid $69.95 to have Sooner Lube ... view moreflush my fluid. My dealer explained they only do a 4 quart drop, my SUV holds 16 quarts. I called Sooner Lube and spoke with the owner David Kim and assured me his employee told me it was only 4 quarts they were flushing. Mr.Kim assured me he would resolve the matter and would call me back. Mr.Kim never called me back and refused to refund my money. Their technician never implied it was a 4 quart flush and the pricing in his lobby does not explain that either.
BEWARE: They took me for$70 they could be taking everyone else for a lot more. Do not recommend, was not customer service friendly regarding my complaint, basically told me I was stupid for paying the dealer to fix it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
