i first inquired about the 2011 Ford Explorer on-line and spoke with Jeff Brunini about all of my questions. Once I decided on which Explorer fit all of my needs, Jeff provided me with a bottom line price. He did not know I was getting prices from two other stores. His was the best (and he provided his the quickest). When I was ready to come check out my Explorer for a test drive, he told me he would have the vehicl... view moree ready for when I arrived. When I got to the dealership, the Explorer was waiting for me as promised. Jeff has one of his Salesmen go over the vehicle and take me for a test drive. When I got back from the test drive, I told Jeff that I wanted the vehicle. Since he already had the price for me and the vehicle all detailed and ready, I just had to sit down and do the paper work with the Finance Manager. I was in and out in no time. I have never had this kind of experience every buying a vehicle. I highly recommend Ford of Londonderry and Jeff Brunini. Thanks for all of your help.

BEWARE!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE. I brought my Acura there for inspection and they told me I needed new front pads then failed me. Then the Advisor told me I have 30 days to get them fixed. A week later I got a ticket for operating a vehicle with a safety issue and ultimately had to pay a fine. I brought my car to another garage and they told me my pads were fine and it passed inspection. They... view more said that it wasn`t possible to get a proper reading on the pads with out taking the wheel off. Ford of Londonderry definitely did not take my wheel off because I did not have the rim lock key in the car or with me at all. I would not recommend Ford of Londonderry NH to anyone.
