Excellent customer service department

Great sales and service

I had a great experience purchasing my used vehicle and buying parts from Irwin Motors. The salesman was low-pressure and knowledgable, and I was able to purchase my car the same day I came in, and drove it off the lot. The parts and customer service people were fantastic as well. Great Place for Sales and Service

My husband and I used to deal with another local dealer and we were never satisfied with the service or customer service we received, so much so that we switched manufacturers. Great prices and Service

Let`s see they are super friendly and very polite. The place is clean, they don`t keep you waiting longer, and if something is needed they come and explain you to and tell you the difference in price and ask before doing it.

Hard to see actual used car listing

The firm has a reputation of being friendly and reasonably fair for service . However the way to check on used cars that are available on the internet stumped me. I am a senior citizen and not super a computer type,the whys and wherefores of such things defeated me I feel others have been turned off by it.
