Reviews:

Technicians have good experience, although things went sour with managment after an unfortunate series of events. Lets just say, as a repectful customer, there was an altercation where any customer with respect for local shops would not want. Things could have gone better -- but it did not in my case. Just my two cents.

Horrible. Takes advantage of customers

I cannot recommend Chelmsford Diagnostic. I was taken advantage of , and the owner Bill tuned up my wallet for quite a large sum of money, while giving my car only half of a real tuneup.

Shop around for better mechanics that wont rip you off.

Best for Less

If you want a mechanic who`s smart, scrupulously honest, and a bulldog at figuring out what the problem is with your vehicle - *and* how to fix it in the most cost-effective way, I highly recommend Bill Zaher at Chelmsford Diagnostic. Although he works mostly with American cars & trucks (I believe), my wife & I have taken our two Audi`s and my Porsche 944 to him for years and years (ever since we just coul... view moredn`t continue paying through the nose at a dealer`s - and never being able to feel like we could trust them to care, to actually find the real problem, to do the right thing about fixing it, and to even think about ways to save us money).
