Never in my life, have I met anyone as rude or condescending as the owner of Hebert?ˆ™s Used Auto Parts. Here?ˆ™s why. After going to his Salvage Yard in search of some parts, we were initially met with a kind atmosphere and were looking forward to picking parts. We followed the directions he gave at the onset and came back to the office to pay for the parts. To my surprise, he accused me and my father of simply walking... view more into his yard without checking in and stealing parts. He demanded to search our vehicle and reminded him that we had spoken with him earlier. We were nothing but respectful and polite, even apologetic! Once he had been proven wrong, his hostility did not disappear and no apology was given. In addition, he lectured us on, ?ˆ?how things work here.?ˆ? Again, we were overly apologetic about any misunderstanding or inconvenience. Throughout the entire transaction, he was rude and had little customer service skills at all. My advice, go to Car World in Candia or Majestic Motors in Merrimack. Both of these places are far superior in customer service and both remember that without customers, they would lose sales!

Save your time and money look somewhere else. I ordered a part, and asked the owner Dave to make sure a EVAP canister wasn`t leaking charcoal. I opend the box when it arrived and it leaks. I paid $60.00, for the part and it will cost me $30.00 to ship it back. I offered to video the part leaking and show the markings placed on the part in the video to confirm the part was their part...NO they want the broken part bac... view morek. Buyer beware, this place cant be trusted to check a part prior to shipping. Its been a long time since I`ve been ripped off by a website business. Its a shame, that this is what you can expect from the owner. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY BUY SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!

Liars

Absolutely the WORST experience ever. I was bad mouthed by a man who claimed to be an owner (Adam?) I will never buy parts from a place like this. Filing complaint with Better Business Bureau. Dont walk, RUN away from this place.
