Do not hire these guys what so ever! If anyone wishes to see the text, proof of purchase just contact me I gladly send it to you. Michael Gruette calls me 2 weeks after I contacted them to do a small electric job on a small boat that was supposed to be 3 hours as quated to me. First time he schedule to meet he text me to state his truck broke down and had to have it towed. Then when he did show up 3 days later on agr... view moreee date he was 3 hours late. He gets a down payment before he even starts the job which I paid then he only stayed for short period of time. MIke Gruette who stands all of 5 feet tall comes back a few days later smokes a 1/2 pack cigs in the 2-3 hours he is there , then he has to leave because his girlfriend starts to complain on the outside temp. I have to say not knowing these guys I do not speak badly about anyone but will only state the truth, these guys are as unprofessional as you can get. I own and run a successful business in Portsmouth NH, professionalism even to the minor degree is what anyone would expect. Before the weekend came Mike Gruette ask me if I would give hime 100.00 in cash because he had no money for the weekend, by now I was wondering who are these edits! Regardless I gave it to him thinking it would help him perhaps? Then after Mike Gruette hits me with another bill of $290.00 and does not finish the job. I make the check out to Wingnuts, he goes to the bank crosses out the company name and forges my int. on the check and writes his name on the check, then comes to me after and tells me the bank will not cash the check and his father needs cash. I spoke to the manger of the bank and now these guys are facing fraud investigation with other refunds that will be restated. Hire these clowns and a circus will show up, you will not get them to do or finish the work or do a even a remote decent job that will leave a mess behind. Ask for their business license. you will not get one. Ask for past references you will not get any, ask for legal contracts you will not receive any, ask for them to even show up daily you will not get it. However the silver lining is the smell of sweet karma coming their way and when it comes it will have no lube or mercury! Do not hire this unlicensed , unprofessional and no reference joke company you will get burned!

I wish I could give this zero ...

I wish I could give this zero stars. Awful ownership, had my car for a month while they jerked me around saying it was getting done this day or that day. Does not stick to his word, is never at his shop to do any work, does not answer questions because he does not answer phone. OR call back. Awful. I wouldn`t recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Had to get my car towed somewhere else. Please save yourself the time ... view moreand aggravation and choose ANYWHERE else. I would give it no stars if I could.

Bad credit I guess. He has to prepay for his parts. After 3 months of jerking me around he finally says he can`t get his parts unless he pays in advance. Then he says he won`t do the job I was waiting for. What a loser. BEWARE of a shop with no credit!!!!

Worst customer service ever! The owner is a jerk and his employees are absoltuely disgraceful. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING. I wouldnt take the time to make an account and do this if I was kidding.
