Be sure to get a quote before having work done here as they charge whatever the traffic will bear. Also, request the defective part that they replace.Their shop rate is $114 per hour yet charged me $228 for less than one hours work. When I questioned them on this, I was told that the "book" was 2 hours and that I would be charged for 2 hours if the actual time was anywhere between 1 minute and 120 minutes. ... view more$384 to be able to close the rear window on a Mercedes with 75,000 miles is obscene. I purchased the car there but I`ll never go back. I bought a Mercedes because of perceived value. The service department here has proven me wrong.
