We had our transmission go out on our recent trip to Reno and contacted Arrow Transmission after talking to several people as to where to go. They immediately helped us get the car picked up and brought to their shop. After checking out the car, they explained what was wrong ( with the help of a transmission mock up) with the car. To Keegon & his rant - I always wonder about those people who are soooo much less on such a major repair &amp; component. Arrow`s guys are a honest group who work hard for their customers. Excellent service

I took my Toyota into Arrow for scheduled maintenance after being dissatisfied w/ dealers cost and service. These guys did an excellent job and pricing was much more realistic than dealer pricing. I will be using them exclusively for my normal maintenance.

College Student

I`m a female college student and don` know a lot about cars. Took my car to Arrow Automotive and they were GREAT! The people upfront were very informative and when I picked up my car, one of their Technicians named Kim took an extra 20 minutes to explain exactly what had been repaired on my car and showed me the old parts and what they did. 2006 BMW 540i Repairs

The customer service was better than any dealer or independent shop I have been to. The work I asked to have done, was performed on time and under the estimate. The tech was ecellent and the diagnostic was accurate. Can`t say how please my wife and I are with our experience. Thanks Arrow Automotive

Horrible

I had a Transmision rebuilt 2 years ago ($2800.00) and have had nothing but problems. My Explorer had been in and out of Arrow Trans. 8 different times since the first job. They finally agreed to redrop the trany but now will not offer another warranty on their work. WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMEND!!!!!!
