Beside the fact that they tried to sell me a wrecked truck for 22,000$ I ended up driving of the lot with a new dodge. Told that my financing was secured at a low rate of 12% LOL, I was called back the next week and told my new rate was 15.99 but not to worry. Several days later I was told to bring the truck back because they could not secure a lender(when I left the first time I was told I was locked in at 12%). Great Experience

I went into Reno Dodge because they had sent me a postcard telling me to call about my car. When I did i was told that because of the Cash for Clunkers government program, used car prices are through the roof. I was sceptacle but went and met with a sales manager and they gave me way more money for my trade than I could have ever expected. I was able to purchase a brand new truck for the same payments as my old one a... view morend only have a 4 year loan. It was a great experience, I would recommend Reno Dodge to anyone.

Selling wrecked cars

I bought a used car there and during a later inspection was told to look in the trunck under the caprpet and it was pointed out the car had been wrecked and repaired, i returned to the dealer to be told ""Sorry"" not their problem. I was treated very rudely and esetially told there was nothing they could do about it...selling me a wrecked car!
