terrible and cant keep prices what you are told
This place is terrible. They over charged the crap out of my mom to get the brakes done on her 2010 jeep Laredo I took the repair sheet to four other brake shops because I new she was overcharged every place I went would have done it for about 250 to 300 less then they charged. They took advantage of a sweet older woman for not knowing any better. They must have great karma! Horrible experience
Whenever people @work talk about getting a new car I have to tell them about
What a horrible experience they made it. Omg it was so bad we didn?ˆ™t buy the Jeep liberty I wanted and gave up looking the experience was so bad this was in 2005.
I thought we had settled on a price but when the loan officer came back they had it jacked way up.we tried to leave but then they started this passing us around from sales man t... view moreo manager to different salesman all saying they were going to make us happy. We finally got out of there and then they called and asked us to come back in they would get us the liberty I wanted for the price I thought we already agreed on we drive back from Fernley
And they start to show us a used liberty not the one I was looking at more wasted time
Then they try to push this fleece they call it a lease on us.
Unfortunately it?ˆ™s time to go car shopping again.

Tried to buy a Jeep
I stopped in three times, once with my wife, talked to the same salesman each time telling him it was for my kid and it had to be a certain color.
Then I made an offer by internet as I was out of town, which they accepted. Told them I would be in at 10 AM on Monday (this was on Friday). When I got there on Monday the salesman was no where to be found and the car had been sold.

So much for internet sales..
I went down the street and bought a RAV4 of the proper color.

Best customer service and product knowledge
I bought a Chrysler 300C from Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno in the fall of 2008 and had such an outstanding experience I feel compelled to share it. I buy a new car every five years and this was my first time at Lithia. I will certainly be back because the customer service was beyond incredible!
My salesman, Rodney, presented the features and details of each car, inside & out, in an organized and professional... view more manner. He wasn?t pushy or overly aggressive. I told him the specific features I was looking for and he led me directly to the exact cars that met my criteria. Rodney assisted my decision making process with his vast knowledge, keen insight, and superior customer service skills. After purchasing my Chrysler 300C, Rodney spent an entire afternoon making sure I knew how each feature of the car worked. I?ve never been treated so well!
I, too, work in an industry (real estate) that has had to adapt to the major changes the Internet has provided our fast-paced technological society. Consumers are more intelligent, more aware, and more sophisticated in today?s day and age. The Internet is a great way to do research and gain preliminary information, however there is no substitute for working with a true professional that has hands-on experience, incredible knowledge, and willingness to implement strategies and resources that reach far beyond the Internet.
The sales team at Lithia certainly provides a ?customer-centric? approach that includes superior product knowledge. My transaction was very fair and it was refreshing to deal with people who can turn a profit without (and there?s just no better way to put this?) screwing people over. I highly recommend Lithia Jeep of Reno to anyone reading this!
