I bought a car from Internet A...
I bought a car from Internet Auto three weeks ago. It`s been in the repair shop over a week now. I admit I know nothing about cars and trusted the salesman to sell me a decent working car. There are several things wrong with it and I`ve been quite patient with IA thinking how nice it is that they are fixing it, but geez, maybe they should have sold me a car that works. My trade-in was ugly but it worked. I am &qu... view moreot;on the list" for a loaner (ha ha ha) but have been borrowing a friend`s car so I can get to work etc. The registration is due soon and my first payment is due soon and I don`t have the car. Funny, they cashed my down payment check. I feel so bad about this car buying experience. I don`t know what to do. I guess I just have to wait and hope the car gets fixed soon and that it stays fixed until I can afford another car. I will never come here again and I am warning all my friends, relatives, co-workers, anyone I meet, that this place is a giant ripoff.

Test drove a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 and the whole time the shark is in the back telling me about how Internet is putting all the other automotive dealers out of business, because they basically give cars away. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I was promised a $500 gas card by the sales manager prior to signing the contract. I never received this card and was told he never said that.
The vehicle after a week of owning it had total electrical failure and would be completely dead after only a few hours of being off. I had to replace the battery on my own dime.
After 3 weeks of owning this vehicle, I had a complete engine failure. I was told I would ... view morehave to get it back to them on my own dime. Once at the dealership they would not take the vehicle back unless I bought a more expensive vehicle from them. Finally after being there for 4 hours, they told me to take it to another dealership to get it repaired and they did not provide me with a loaner vehicle, the other dealer had to do this for me.
I would not reccomend this dealership to even my worst enemies, it was a horrible experience and I hope no one goes there. If I was taken care of the way I felt I should have been, I would have had no problem going back there year after year and referring people to them, but I will NEVER go back here again.

RENO INTERNET AUTO AND SALES - FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION
We went to Reno Internet Auto and Sales because they were having a big sale. Previously we had a horrific experience with buying our van and were very nervous about dealing with car salesman again. When we got there, I told the salesman Tony, what had happened in the past and expressed my concern about dealing with another dishonest dealership again. Tony assured me that they were the ""finest"" in Reno and prided... view more themselves on honesty and they had a great reputation in the Reno area. Unfortunately I believed him and was listening attentively. He proceeded to tell me the ""owner"" owned every car in the lot so any deal they made was final and the dollar amount was true. We thought we purchased a beautiful little Jeep Wrangler. We took it home and a week later Tony called and said we needed to come in and sign additional paperwork. When asked what was going on, he said ""he thought we`d be very pleased."" We got there and discovered they had changed the terms of the agreement and raised the cost of our payments! We told them to forget it and give us our trade in back. All of a sudden their attitude changed and said wait a minute, let me talk to our lenders (which we were told THEY were the lender). They called us back a week later and said thats the deal take it or leave it. We left it! After two weeks of hassels, headaches and infuriation, we returned the jeep. They were SOOOO rude, completely uncompassionate and annoyed we were even there. We left there and went directly to CC Jeep and purchased a beautiful 4 door Jeep Wrangler, fully stocked and LESS then what Internet charged us for the plain jane jeep we thought we bought from them. It infuriates me to think these people are allowed to lie and have you sign a contract when they are obviously FRAUDULENTLY MISREPRESENTING their terms! I think it`s time we all put an end to used car salesmen who lie to make a sale. CLASS ACTION SUIT ANYONE????? Lets get together and end their fraud once and for all! Let me know what you think.

Horrid! Absolutely HORRID! You`ve been warned! I went in there today looking for a newer car, I told the sales man in the first minute of meeting him that my credit isn`t pretty and if they can`t work with me then I won`t waste their time nor mine. He said he could get anybody approved as long as the monthly income was there I have a decent amount of income and stability, as well as 3,000 down. I wouldn`t bother loo... view moreking for another car if that wasn`t the case. I was there for 3 hours and I finally found a car that I REALLY liked. When I picked out the car I was rushed inside and passed off to some rude a hole who didn`t even tell me his name. He threw the credit app on the desk told me to fill it out then walked out of the room. I finished filling it out he came back in and said, "just so you know, your going to be pay all of your taxes and doc fees"! I asked about how much it was going to be he said he didn`t know and did it really matter..... uuummm yeah a hole it matters! He went to get the app approved he was gone for 30 minutes came by the opening way of the glass office area and said your credit is just too bad to be able to help you. I told him, I already told the sales guy if credit played a major factor I would walk cause there was no need in looking here! He said, well you were told wrong. We can`t help you! I was so disgusted and pissed off I got up and walked out and asked that my credit app be shredded.

Please DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CON ARTISTS
One star is too much for these jerks. I bought a 2006 Nissan Titan from them 1 week ago. Everything seemed to be great, clean car fax etc. My husband climbed underneath it once we got it home to discover rust and mud covering the whole undercarage of the truck. It looks as if the truck was parked in a lake for MONTHS. I took it to a certified mechanic who told me I had water in the engine, inteake manifold, mud packe... view mored into the radiator and condensor, as well as a the skid plate being smashed into the sway bar. These were just a few of the problems. I paid 20k for this truck that will always have future problems lurking ahead. Interent Auto refused to take the truck back, fix the issues at hand, or even trade me inot another vehicle. These people are scam artists and I want to let other people know do not buy from this car dealership. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

These clowns tried to sell me an explorer for way above kbb and then I asked them where is my 2,000 dollar down payment and the manager could not find it on the paperwork. They tried to keep my down payment without crediting it to me. This establishment is crooked and should be avoided at all costs. We went to Carson Capitol Ford and bought an explorer for way cheaper and they did not try to rip us off!!!!
