Great Tire Spot
Great price on my tires and fixed a flat of my wives fast and free!
I just wanted to take a minute and say what a good experience I have had with Tire Works. I have interacted with Casey several times over the past few years starting back at your Southern Highlands store and he has always been professional, fair and courteous. I always feel well informed and treated fairly when dealing with him or Jeff. He and... view more Jeff went above and beyond with their customer service the last few times I have been in and I wanted to acknowledge their fantastic job.
I will also be posting on Google and Yelp so others know what a fair, knowledgeable, and well run store you have on Jones and the 215.

BEWARE!
This is the same company that`s been all over the news and has been investigated by the NV Attorney General for trying to upsell unnecessary services. Read this news article: http://www.ktnv.com/global/story.asp?s=10177205
PLEASE - before you take your vehicle here, read all the reviews online about them. You can tell which ones were written by employees of the company.
I`ve taken two separate vehicles here ... view moreand on both occasions they either tried to upsell me by $1000+ for services I didn`t need, or they tried overcharging like crazy.
They advertise $50 tires - but then it`s $700 to install. One vehicle needed some basic maintenance work that they said would cost me $1800...but I was able to do 90% of it on my own for less than $200 in parts. All I did was purchase a battery, which they tried to charge me to install so I just did it myself.
We brought my wife`s vehicle in for an old cracked air hose (they fixed that for $40) but then they tried to scare her into getting new tires...her tires were about 6 years old, but had less than 3,000 miles on them as the vehicle had been stored. They told her that the tires were falling apart and that she`d get in a major crash and die if she didn`t let them put new tires on. We got out of there and took it to another local tire place where they told us nothing was wrong, plenty of tread and not cracked.
That was a year ago and her car is still fine. Be prepared for an up-sale and scare tactics. I would give zero stars if I could.
